The mission of Cool Kids Comedy Club is to help at-risk, underrepresented students in grades K-12 learn essential life and literacy skills through the art of comedy in a safe, supportive, student-centered environment.

Each class is co-taught by a local comedian and educator. During each class, we offer support with building, maintaining, and expanding children’s reading, writing, communication, empowerment, and social skills via whole-group, small-group, and individual joke-writing opportunities, all within one workshop, to address the various learning styles of all our students.
